My name is Eric and I am a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. I came to my faith on June 10, 1990, at a youth rally I had attended that evening in Lonaconing, MD. I have been faithfully following my Lord for 18 years this coming summer. I will have been happily married for eights years this past July to my wonderful wife, Jacki. We also have had a very spoiled puppy named Romeo who we have had since February of 2004. He’s a 60 pound Norwegian Elk Hound and Labrador mix. He is very cute and gets away with just about anything.
I chose the title Wilderness Wandering’s, because we are wandering in the wilderness all of our lives. We are lost, weather you admit to it or not. I was lost for 17 years, but when I came to know Jesus as my personal savior, that was the first time in my life that I knew where I was going. Jesus gives me direction for my life. Do I still wander in the wilderness? Yes, I do! But those are the times that I step out on my own, without Jesus, becasue I know I can do it on my own. But I can’t. After wandering around aimlessly, I eventually get down on my knees and ask Jesus for direction in my life.

Hi Eric, it’s me, Beth Ann, your cousin and sister in the Lord! I love your blog! It’s great to be able to keep up with what’s going on in your life even though you are across the country from me. I noticed in your salvation testimony you mentioned being at a youth rally in Lonaconing, MD. You may remember that Jeff’s family lives just a few minutes from Lonaconing in Barton. And that Jeff and I were married in Barton on July 7, 1990 (just a month after your salvation!). That’s kinda neat! Was the rally at a church? If so, do you remember what it was called? Anyway, I wanted you to know that I look forward to reading your blog.
Blessings to you, Jacki, and of course Romeo!
Love in Christ,
Beth Ann
